Dictionary for Dads arose amid concerns of every day fathers who sought to
promote their knowledge, education ,experience and resources as it pertains
to becoming an excellent father. As an organization our goal is to assist
Dads in raising happy healthy children.

Our belief is that Dictionary for Dad's will provide resources and
information which will be fundamental in helping men make informed
decisions based on education, research and practical experience all
provided by Dictionary for Dad's. In doing so this will not only reinforce
the male role model in our society it will increase the social welfare of
children throughout the world.

We understand that parenting is often complex and confusing with many
variables including but not limited to nutrition, medical, psychological,
developmental, environmental, marital, social and academic. It is our aim
to provide every dad with education, information and resources for all
dilemmas when they occur.

Dictionary for Dads believes that the label of a "dad" is one which is
earned not one that is provided through the birth of a child.

This is the web-site for America's Mr Dad. An author of many best-selling books and popular in many well known publications, Armin Brott has been described as the 'superdad's superdad'.

Realistic, positive and humorous, his work is well worth checking out.

Dr MOZ is a very cool company with some very cool products for Dads, based in California. Great gifts, including the GoodFather range.

They have a good little resource directory and links to blogs and Dad groups along with a doula directory and other useful links.

A well designed and fun website, they are worth a visit even if you're not from the states!

A web site dedicated to pregnancy information... for men!

A full, detailed website with heaps of information on pregancy - which isn't really unusual... but this one is for the guys. Has sections on "your role", bits on how to conceive, a pregnancy tracker, shop with some great fun gear, all sorts of good stuff.

U.S. based site, but good for any expectant Dad.
