Lots of help for mothers taking on breastfeeding. Don't listen to anyone who says it always 'comes naturally'... breastfeeding can be difficult, traumatic, painful and demoralising if things don't go right. These people can help.

My advice though...? Do what is right for Mum and baby, and sometimes that means knowing when the stress of the situation outweighs any potential benefits.
